PUBLIC NOTICE
FOR THE UTILIZATION OF AREA FOR
TOURISTIC PURPOSES BY LAKE VELENCEI.
The Local Authority of the village of Nadap announces a competition for the utilization of a 44-hectare area, made up of four separate parts, located at the administrative area of the settlement.
The area is made up of the following parts:
- topographical lot no. 030, 10 hectares 876 sqm. arable, turf, forest.
- topographical lot no. 036, 7859 sqm. turf.
- topographical lot no. 038, 3125 sqm. turf.
- topographical lot no. 041, 34 hectares 4259 sqm. turf, arable.
The state owned area, handled by our Local Authority, might be utilized for setting up touristic investments, without obtaining proprietary rights.
The beauty of the landscape and the vicinity of the motorway M7 (2 km) and Budapest (44 km) make this place attractive for the above-specified utilization.
The village of Nadap is located about two kilometres from the northeastern corner of Lake Velencei, surrounded by the Velencei Hills.
The area offered for utilization is a southern slope oriented towards Lake Velencei. Part of the area (approximately 8 hectares) belongs to the natural reserve Natura 2000, but negotiations have been started to terminate this status.
Construction works must be environmentally friendly and must conform with the landscape on the whole area. It is possible to implement products supplementing or supporting each other, but independent products are possible too.
The purpose of the project is establishing a key touristic complex of Lake Velencei, which shall improve the quality of touristic services and shall provide recreational and relaxing facilities to visitors regardless of seasonality.

Bids must specify the purpose and landscape view of buildings and the size of the area required.

Announcement of results after notification: 31 May 2007
In order to ensure the proper placing of buildings and a uniform landscape view, the design plan and the layout plan shall be prepared by the Architecture Office.

FLÄCHENNUTZUNG FÜR FREMDENVERKEHRSZWECKE
Die kommunale Selbstverwaltung der Gemeinde Nadap gibt eine Ausschreibung für die Nutzung des im Verwaltungsgebiet der Gemeinde liegenden, aus vier selbständigen Teilen bestehenden, insgesamt ca. 44 ha großen Geländes bekannt.
Einzelheiten zum Gelände:
- Parzellennummer 030: 10 ha 876 Quadratmeter Ackerland, Rasen, Wald
- Parzellennummer 036: 7859 Quadratmeter Rasen
- Parzellennummer 038: 3125 Quadratmeter Rasen
- Parzellennummer 041: 34 ha 4259 Quadratmeter Rasen, Ackerland.
Das im Besitz des Staates befindliche, durch die kommunale Selbstverwaltung verwaltete Gelände darf für die Ausführung einer Investition für Fremdenverkehrszwecke genutzt genommen werden, das Eigentumsrecht kann nicht erworben werden.
Das Gelände weist eine außerordentlich schöne Lage auf, die nahe Lage zur Autobahn M7 (2 km) und zu Budapest (44 km) macht es anziehend für die Realisierung einer Investition für obigen Zweck.
Die Gemeinde Nadap ist eine ca. zwei Kilometer von der nordöstlichen Spitze des Velencer Sees entfernt liegende Gemeinde, im Velencer Gebirge.
Das zur Nutzung beabsichtigte Gelände weist ein schwaches südliches Gefälle, zum Velencer See, auf. Ein Teil davon, ca. 8 ha, gehören zum Naturschutzgebiet Natura 2000, Verhandlungen über die Auflösung dieses laufen.
Für das gesamte Gelände ist eine umweltfreundliche, sich der Landschaft anpassende Überbauung eine Anforderung. Die Anlage von einander unterstützenden und ergänzenden, jedoch selbständigen Produkten ist möglich.
Das Ziel ist die Errichtung eines für die Umgebung des Velencer Sees bestimmenden Fremdenverkehrkomplexes, das der Verbesserung der Qualität der Tourismus sowie von der Jahreszeit unabhängigen Unterhaltungs- und Erholungsmöglichkeiten für die Besucher dient.

Das Gelände kann zu einem vorher abgestimmten Zeitpunkt besichtigt werden.
In der Bewerbung sind Ziel und Anpassung an das Landschaftsbild des Objekts sowie der Flächenbedarf anzugeben.
